Liquor Event Request

Planning a private event and need alcohol sourcing through Devlin's Corner Store? Submit your request below. A Special Occasion Permit (SOP) is required and must be uploaded with your submission.

Before You Begin — Please Read

Devlin's Corner Store will source and prepare your liquor order for pickup. You are responsible for obtaining your own Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the AGCO before your event. Your SOP must be uploaded below as proof before your request can be processed. We do not apply for permits on your behalf.

What You Need

  • A valid Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the AGCO — this is your responsibility
  • Your event date, location, and expected attendance
  • A list of the specific products and quantities you want
  • A pickup date before your event

Important Notes

  • We source and prepare your order — we do not apply for permits on your behalf
  • All orders subject to LCBO product availability
  • A deposit may be required to hold your order
  • Requests must be submitted with reasonable lead time before your event
  • Payment is handled in person or via Square invoice
